1. ELIGIBILITY Raffle is open to all legal U.S. Citizens meeting requirements of owning or purchasing a firearm under federal, state and local laws.
2. PRIZE DESCRIPTION Prizes awarded and dates to be awarded are listed on the reverse of raffle ticket. Grundy County Ducks Unlimited (G.C.D.U.) reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of similar value, gauge or caliber. Regardless of prize(s) awarded, winner(s) must meet elibibility requirements.
3. WINNER DETERMINATION AND VERIFICATION Winner(s) will be determined by matching the 3 digit number on the reverse side of the purchased raffle ticket with the daily Illinois Evening Pick 3 Lottery Game numbers. The winning number must match the exact number drawn by the Illinois Lottery Pick 3 Game, in the same sequence on the specified dates and times listed below. Prize(s) awarded once daily matching that particular day’s Evening Illinois Lottery Pick 3 Game.
4. DATE(S) OF DRAWING(S) Drawings will be held daily from September 1, 2009 through September 30, 2009. The matching number will be determined by the Evening Illinois Lottery Pick 3 Game numbers. The drawing is daily at approximately 9:22 pm, CST on WGN, or check www.illinoislottery.com for the daily Pick 3 Game winning numbers.
5. PRIZE CLAIMS All prizes must be claimed by the winner after notification at J&J Guns, 250 N Main Street, Seneca, IL 61360 Ph. (815) 357-9987. Winner(s) is responsible to contact dealer to arrange for prize transfer after proper verification and confirmed eligibility. Any prize not claimed within 90 days of notification shall be deemed abandoned and forefeited back to G.C.D.U. for future events.
6. ODDS OF WINNING Odds of winning will be determined by the actual number of tickets sold. No more than 1000 tickets will be sold, numbered 000 through 999. The ticket(s) purchased is valid for each daily drawing during the entire contest period.
7. OFFER VOID WHERE PROHIBITED Tihs offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws apply.
8. CONDITIONS By purchasing this ticket, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and decisions of the G.C.D.U. Committee which shall be final and binding. Any taxes, fees, or other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or exchanged, except at the sole discretion of the G.C.D.U. Committee. If the winner is deemed ineligible, the prize will be forfeited back to the G.C.D.U. organization. By accepting the prize(s) winner agrees that G.C.D.U. accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of the prize(s) awarded hereunder.
